10 Months With Evelyn!

 

Only two more months until my baby is 1, and this has by far been the fastest year of my life! My tradition with the other two girls has been to start stats lists at 10 months old, so here is Evy’s first one!

Age: 10 months

Weight: 18.5 lbs

Height: 26.5 inches

Clothing size: 9 months, but some 12 month stuff already fits!

Teeth: two on the bottom

Favorite foods: pasta, yogurt, peaches & oatmeal

Words: dada, baba, & dog

Favorite activities: playing in the playroom, baths, and going outside

Least favorite activites: still hates the car with a passion, and not a huge fan of diaper changes

Favorite toys: activity table, books, and her fisher price fishbowl

Signature moves: following her sisters wherever they go, screaming at the top of her lungs while she plays, dancing to all music, and giggling when she’s doing something naughty

This kid is all fire, and she keeps me on my toes. It’s exhausting but I know one day her passionate personality is going to help her do amazing things!

This month, Evy has started to experience all the fun of the holiday season! She took her first Christmas pictures, and had her first Thanksgiving which she was a HUGE fan of. 

After Thanksgiving, the whole house got hit with the stomach flu, including poor Evelyn, so our start to December wasn’t all that great. We spent a lot of time relaxing in jammies and watching all the Christmas movies.

Now that we are feeling better, Christmas festivities are coming full force, and we started with some Evy on the Shelf. 😉

I can’t wait to celebrate this sweet girl’s first Christmas, and then after that, first birthday planning will begin! Love you so much, my Evers!

Eight Months With Evelyn

 

I seriously can’t believe my Evy girl is already 8 months old! This month was all about milestone crushing for her, and it’s so exciting, but also so sad because I feel like my last baby is changing in to a toddler at the speed of light. Right now she is 17 pounds and is wearing 9 month clothes and size 3 diapers. She still has no teeth, but her little dirty blonde hair is coming in nice and thick! 

Now that Evelyn can crawl around, she has decided that our cocker spaniel, Stella, is her BFF. She tortures loves on her all day long, and Stella is the best sport about it. She’s no rookie to this baby thing. 😉 

Immediately after the crawling began, this wild child decided to start pulling herself to a stand on absolutely everything. She is so strong and so determined to keep up with her big sisters, and I’m not okay!

Evy also had her first visits to the pumpkin patch and the apple orchards, and she was a big fan of both! It’s been so much fun to have all 3 girls around for our fall traditions this year, and we can’t wait for all of the holiday fun that is coming up next!

We love you more than words could say, Evers! 

Happy 8 months sweet girl!

Seven Months With Evelyn

 

Sweet girl is 7 months old and she’s starting to be so much fun! She’s officially in 9 month clothes and on her last box of size 2 diapers. Her hair is filling in nicely, and so far it’s the exact same dishwater blonde as my Natty Lou! Her eyes are currently still light blue, so I’m really curious to see if that sticks around. :)

Evy didn’t have a lot of milestones this month, but the ones she did have are huge! She finally found her inner foodie and have been having one BLW or purée meal every day. So far rice and shredded chicken have been her favs

She also became Stella’s biggest fan this month and thinks its just the funniest thing whenever the dog comes near her. I love that Miss Stella is helping raise one last sweet baby.

After she perfected her sit, Evy decided it’s officially time for “crawl practice, so she spends most of her day on all fours or “swimming” on her belly. I think we have a few weeks at most before this girl starts scooting around the house!

Miss Bigstuff also graduated from her Magic Sleepsuit and is sleeping in a sleep sack now! I seriously can’t believe it, I feel like I was just swaddling her yesterday…

Her personality is starting to shine more and more. She loves her people, passes out smiles like she gets paid for it, and thinks the car and mommy walking away are the worst possible things that exist. I love you to the moon and back sweet baby! Happy 7 months!

I’m not going to lie, this year I went a little crazy on the Halloween jammies, but I stopped myself at 3 pairs for each girl, so I guess that’s not TOO bad… 🙃

Evelyn’s 6 Month Photoshoot

 

My tiniest love turned 6 months old, so in true Tibbetts Girl fashion we had to have a photoshoot! The wonderful Jamie D. Photography did it again, and totally brought my orange slice milk bath and vintage shabby chic images to life! :) This is just a sample of the 90ish images she sent me of my sweet Evelyn!
